Send a ticket requesting IT to chech the RCM link is running

If EmpireFleet contacts us stating the RCM Conection to Cancom is not running follow these steps.
- Connect to the IT Server as Task Manager
- Check the ConsoleAppHost
- Find EmpireFleetInfo and check its current status.
- If there is any errors contact Ricardo about it.
