How to check EmpireFleet RCM link

Send a ticket requesting IT to chech the RCM link is running

If EmpireFleet contacts us stating the RCM Conection to Cancom is not running follow these steps.


  1.  Connect to the IT Server as Task Manager
  2.  Check the ConsoleAppHost 
  3.  Find EmpireFleetInfo and check its current status.
  4.  If there is any errors contact Ricardo about it.
