CRM: Fleet list and branch assignment

Branch List Upload

  1. Download the attached template below.

  2. Input data (Ensure the format of your columns matches the downloaded template).
    The upload will not work otherwise.

  3. Request IT to upload it to the backend.


Fleet List Upload

  • Log in to the client portal.
  • Click on Fleet Manager.
  • Download the 'Fleet Info' template.
  • Input the relevant data.
  • Client Ref 1 needs to be the correct Branch name.
    If the branch name is incorrect, the fines will not be allocated to the correct branch.


Fine Upload

  • Fines needing to be uploaded to specific branches need to have the correct matching branch code that was uploaded with the Fleet List under Client Ref 1.
